I used to bluetooth my ps4 controller to madden and it worked fine. Now when i bluetooth or plug it into my pc it doesnt recognize the controller properly, it thinks O is to select and L2 is to go back. How do i fix the controller so it works normally?

Yes i am. It also happens when i plug in an xbox controller too
Community Manager@lle4p Do you have the Xbox app and the Xbox accessories app installed?
Have you plugged in the Xbox controller and updated the software through the Accessories app?
Yes i have all the required apps for an xbox controller to work but it doesnt neither does a ps4 controller
Are you playing on Steam?
If yes, open up Big Picture mode and go to the controller settings.
Click Menu in the lower left and then select Controller.
You can check to make sure the button layout is correct and test the inputs outside of Madden.
I do this exact method and the controller has inputs in there it even works in other games like fortnite but just not madden
Community Manager@lle4p Thanks! Can you unplug the controller, or the dongle/USB from the PC, and try the following steps?
Then plug back in the controller - I would hardwire not USB. launch the game, and go into the settings again and make sure the controller is recognized.
I tried this and it still has the same issue. It showed the controller on the inactive side of change controller setting but it wont slide over. It still has the recognition issue of O being to select and L2 to be back.
