70+ OVR Player Store Offer Error

Yesterday and still today, I am receiving an error in MUT when I try to spend 1 UT Gold for the daily offer of a "70+ OVR Player" under the "Featured" section of the store. I attempted to contact Customer Service as the game suggested (I'll post the screenshot), but all they had me do was try 3 trouble shooting steps that did not solve the problem and requested that I post here.
