All-Madden Effort Locked After Purchased

I purchased the All-Madden Effort coaching ability in my online franchise for my HC, OC, and DC. I loaded two of them (OC and DC) into my weekly load out to upgrade them. After the game, the All-Madden Effort ability I purchased for my OC and DC were locked again. I have all 3 unlocked in another online franchise and bought them all together and did not have the same issue.

Any one else experience this and or know how to resolve it? I am reluctant to purchase them again because of it happening another time, but afraid I may have to.
