Can’t get into superstar mode error retrieving data.

As the title suggests I can’t get into superstar mode at all every single time says error retrieving data then I get a pop up up saying can’t connect to ea servers it signs me out I re sign in same *...

Same, Error 264… can’t login - can’t play Superstar. Started 5 months ago and still unplayable. EA needs to do better.
