CUT to MUT Token

I’m a frequent player of CFB and Madden. They have a crossover token that’s transfer from CFB 26 to Madden 26 for XP in Ultimate Team I have the token in my binder but when I go to redeem in sets it doesn’t give me the option to. I reached out to EA support and they’ve never seen this yet so they couldn’t help. I’ve uninstalled both games and reinstalled still nothing. Anybody else having this issue?
