Darrelle Revis Legends challenge is bugged

I have beat it multiple time completing all of the things asked and it just keeps giving me 2 stars instead of 3.

    Hey everyone, 

    We made some changes that should help with earning stars for this Challenge. When you've got the chance can you give it another shot and see how it goes?

The bonus statement should be "Do not get a tackle in 2 plays". I forced two incomplete passes on 1st down and 2nd down and made a tackle on 3rd down, Patriots punt on 4th down. Result 3 stars!!!
