Desync before every kickoff in madden 26 ultimate team online modes

I am on ps5, and before every kickoff, after the player introductions, the game desyncs no matter what. This has been going on for months and it makes the game unplayable. Please help resolve this issue so I can play with my team that I have spent time, energy, and money building! 

There have been 2-3 day spans where it works, but then it goes weeks without working. Thank you.
