Epic Challenges glitched

I've tried completing all of the Epic Challenges with 5 stars but the fifth challenge called Tag, is glitched. It says don't allow more than 2 first downs this drive but even when I allow no first downs it still registers as a failed objective. Also the challenge Quick Attack is glitched as well. It says throw fewer than 3 pass incompletions this drive but even one incompletion counts as a failure. I haven't checked the other 3 Challenges so if anyone knows if they are glitched or not that feedback would be much appreciated.
