Franchise: Specific coach ability tiers are broken for QBs

The coach abilities "Cool Under Pressure" and "Dr. Dots" on upgraded tiers have the effect "No pressure effects on Quarterbacks".

This is effectively broken for QBs as they are incredibly passive when under pressure to the point they will take a sack regardless of better options available. This happens time and time again and is especially obvious when using slow sim.

This upgrade tier should be removed from these abilities or improved so QBs are still aware of their surroundings.
