Everyone should file a claim with the BBB
I have already done so. To render your game unplayable due to a roster update, for 10 out of 365 days (2.7%) equates to $1.92 cents owed to every customer that purchased this $70 game, at minimum.
Creating a roster / depth chart bug, due to your own update, and a subsequent failure to act after having full knowledge of this problem due to a litany of consumer reviews is: 1) negligent misrepresentation 2) failure to cure a defective product 3) false advertising.
Filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau takes all of 5 minutes. If enough of us do it, the bottom line will be effected tremendously and they may ultimately be forced to address the numerous problems associated with this game. The exposure alone may generate the beginnings of class-action lawsuits, and should not be taken lightly. Its time for the consumer to effectuate change on a large-scale.
