Franchise Coach Loadout Bug

I've encountered a bug that prevents me from utilizing my coach's abilities. As you can see in the image I've provided below, my coach is level 14 but on the left side of the screen on where I can apply the abilities, the first four slots should be unlocked. The playsheets are also bugged as well because I should have two slots available instead of one. I have started a new franchise with the latest roster.
