Frozen in spike formation if you hit O after the play by accident

So after a play of you hit O by accident or perhaps any other button, you will run to the ball for a spike. You can not audible out if this formation so the only thing you can do is spike the ball or call a fake spike or a TO. Let us audible out of this formation like you can do any every other game. Why is this still a bug 3 months later?
