Game is unplayable after update

I updated the game this morning and the main screen works fine, but once I go into any game online with friends or even play now, the lag is so bad the game is not playable, it's choppy and the input delay is 2 seconds. This happened after an update in November. I'm hoping to get the issue results as I am part of a CFM with users. This is also happening with Battlefield 6 as well.
