H2H Season 4 Badges/Borders Locked

All the Badges/Borders I should have unlocked with respect to rank for H2H for Season 4 still appear locked, despite Season 5 starting. Will this resolve automatically?

    Update: it's been a couple days into Season 5 and the Season 4 player card items are still locked. So we're just not getting these then?
