I’ve tried reaching out multiple times but wow EA you guys are a joke. I literally can’t play a solo challenge or an online game because I can’t access my lineup. I have a gap at the slcb position and if I go to put someone in by clicking the lineup button it kicks me out of ultimate team. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t even able to play anything or process. Please EA you make it so hard to play your game just fix this.

Of course bro, I’ve learned that recently. EA support team as well as their maintenance team for the game itself are ALL ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. Since the start of December of 2025, NOBODY is able to play online with preset depth chart adjustments made because it does the update roster loop GLITCH. We’ve been trying to get ANYONE to acknowledge it and I was FINALLY able to get a response and acknowledgement about a week ago after a direct private DM I’d sent to EA_Kent. Judging by how long it takes them to fix ANYTHING, I fully expect it to be a couple more months at least before it’s fixed. By that point, it’ll almost be time for the new Madden to be released. This sht is embarrassing on their behalf and even though I’ve gotten refunds because of the repeated issues, I don’t see myself out my family buying another madden game.
