Every time I try to play an online game, whether a Quick Match or Against A Friend, the game never gets past the loading screen (helmet and football rotating) before it kicks me back to the main menu. I've hard reset my Xbox, reset my internet router, and Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, all to no avail. I didn't pay $100 to NOT play my game!
Every time I go to play my ultimate team or head to head, it’s telling me to go to my EA account . It’s not letting me play any game mode it’s keeping me at the main screen
Ok I found and fixed the problem. If anyone else experiences this its due to your custom playbook's gameplan. You can't have more than 9 plays per situation. There seems to be a gameplan play number threshold, I don't know the exact number but this rectified the issue. EA you can close this thread as resolved.
