I’ve brought the mvp edition of madden 26 been playin since early release date aug 7 and used my points to get the premium pass and my everything was reset on official release date plz let me know why this is I’m very upset was close to finishing the pass now I have to start over!!!! Can I at least have my points back plz?????
Mine did the same thing. So I reached out to EA Help and they documented it and sent me over here. I asked if "Make-Rights" would be issued, they couldn't tell me. It is frustrating to pay for content and not get it, it is even more frustrating to pay for it, and then have taken away and asked to pay for it again.
Rikothegreat titanhusker which pass have you bought? team pass or season pass? The early access team pass has been reset today as planned.
I bought both passes. Is the Team different today than it was a few days ago? Or the same exact content?
titanhusker i dont know what the content was in the early access team pass. you can check yourself what the content of the new pass is by pressing the select-button(xbox) in the ultimate team main menu.
can you confirm that only your team pass was reset? field pass level, coins, points, training, season tickets, all should be the same as before.
will EA fix this for us? cause i also lost my season pass too

I am experiencing the same issue. I also experienced this in madden 25 then unfortunately just repurchased something I had already purchased. I don’t wish to do that again. I am also missing 3 packs and 90,000 season xp from finishing battle score level 6. It said: No rewards - Pending review. Still nothing. Now I am here trying to get help about a missing premium pass. This is negatively impacting my gaming experience, and costing me precious time and money
Same here - purchased season pass in steam - still at level one with no progress. Also tried to purchase levels and it took the payment but did not receive the rewards
there are currently 3 premium passes available. season 1, season 1 event, season 1 team. which one have you bought and do you know the objectives to level these up?
