Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

What do we expect from EA.  This might be your last CTR w NFL.  And u can't get any patch updates working correctly??  After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled.  ...

    It’s been like this for months. “An error has occurred. Please try again. (263) If this issue persists, please contact EA support or visit the EA forums.”

    I am having the same issue now. I play on the switch 2 though. The other modes seem to not have this issue. Just superstar mode.
