Community ManagerCan you tell me how Superstar mode isn't working? Are you getting an error?
Madden NFL 26 Superstar Mode has been inaccessible on my EA account since October and always returns Error Code 263.
The issue is account-specific. Other EA titles, including College Football 25 Superstar/Road to Glory, work normally on the same EA account, on the same console.
All standard and advanced troubleshooting has been completed multiple times (clearing saves, reserved space, reinstalls, profile removal, account relink, etc.).
Since the issue began, I have moved to a new apartment and switched to a completely new ISP and network. The error persists exactly the same, ruling out hardware or network causes.
This strongly indicates a backend or Superstar profile/entitlement issue specific to my EA account.
