Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

I have been unable to play superstar mode for the past 4 months now, every time i try to log in to superstar mode it loads for a few seconds on a blank loading screen before popping up an error message with the code 263. I am an xbox user playing this game with a linked ea sports account and active ea sports subscription. This error is 100% on you to fix because my connection is clear, i can play the other game modes, i have cleared my cache several times, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Please fix this because i have cfb players i imported that i want to play with and not having that opportunity is driving me mad.
