Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

I've not been able play Superstar Mode since Saturday before Superbowl Sunday. Every other online game works on Madden 26 like franchise mode and head to head, but if your like me Superstar Mode is why I buy College Football 26 and Madden 26 as a MVP Bundle. I have been in chat for days with EA and they can't give me no time frame when Superstar mode will be fixed. Has anyone found a solution how to get into superstar mode? I thought about deleting Madden 26 and going to playstation and downloading Madden 26 again and starting all over but then I'm afraid ill do all this and it may still not work. EA you have really fumbled the ball on this issue. Ive had problems in the past but its always been fixed in one day, this is day 4 and people can't play the game they spend there money on. I mean you could at least keep us informed on where your at on getting this problem solved. This makes me very cautious on even buying Madden 27 when it does come out this year. I mean each year we experience bugs in the game parts of the game that doesn't work correctly. That in is bad enough but not being able to play a game that we have spent our hard earned money on well there's no excuse for that.
