Still having issues trying to access this mode, several months after the situation started. 3 months ago, they said they were looking into this. It shouldn’t be taken this long to solve this issue. Yes it isn’t MUT so they don’t care as much but it’s a whole mode thar isn’t working. Honestly it’s a bigger issue than when the franchise mode starting week was wrong. That issue took too long to fix also, but this is a bigger issue than that and has been an issue for several months with no updates or anything about it. They next to fix it ASAP.
I finally was able to put in a ticket earlier this month/ late January they said it's a bug the developers were looking into it. Asked for an update a few weeks ago they said the same thing. They def need to do something about it. Give the new game for free or something. It's really unacceptable. People not being able to pay for 5 months or more. I have issues with MUT as well smh
