Good news just talked to the support team and they are aware of the issue and working hard to fix it. But no timeline on when superstar mode will work again! Sooooo same script after 6 months of waiting and zero progress. Crazy how they don’t even change what they say. “Aware of the problem” “working hard to fix it” can’t play the game since October and no help in sight. Come on EA
