Best way to fix this is to stop buying Madden. Don’t fall for the hype they care about your dollar not you.
I don't think EA Sports comprehends the damage to their brand their actions have caused them. I had gone decades without purchasing any EA product and then decided to take the plunge again, and this is the experience -- nearly a year gone by with a known bug caused by EA Sports that prevents any and all access to Superstar mode, and the company's lack of action conclusively shows they don't care one iota about customer service.
So, yes, they have lost me as a customer.
