Madden 26 superstar mode QB bug

Hey on chapter: find your footing, week 15, scenario emergency duty due to a qb injury. And so even I load into the game i go into watch only with my player not playing either. I watch at least the first quarter then ea servers disconnects me.  What’s going on and how can I fix this? It’s happened already 5 times.
