Community ManagerI purchased Madden NFL 26 and played without problems initially. For the past few months, whenever they try to play Online Head-to-Head Seasons, they get the error message: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” The error occurs specifically when they press “Finish Event” for Season 1, which appears to be stuck and cannot be progressed. They have tried all common troubleshooting steps:
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, Force-quitting the app on PS5, Unlinking and relinking their EA account …but the issue persists.
