I’m in year 7 I’ve won 5 super bowls on all madden as a QB and still haven’t received a captain patch I go to every practice and always put the team and team mates first when it comes to sphere of influence receiving and seeing the captain patch would be nice and adds more of a realistic feel
Very much agreed, they used to have it in the last game.. Not sure if you resigned with your draft team before free agency but that may be a difference maker. I've got it on my CB superstar but not my QB, granted I'm only in year 3.
it took me going from the Eagles to the Bengals to get my Superstar C Patch (4th Season) but when i went back to the Eagles at the end of my contract i did not have it, i think its more depending on who the team is not so much you as a player
