Superstar broke for a long while

Thoughts.....
Hella new so hang with me on this one. I'm totally prepared for me to be wrong. With that I stopped paying for the EA monthly and I downgraded from game pass to just basic. I feel like ever since then Superstar here has been not available. I think I might be wrong but F$#@ am I being penalized here?

It's been broken for quite a few of us for over 3 months, and EA has been unwilling or unable to fix it.

Literally the only game mode I play and I can't even get a refund for a game that flat out doesn't work.

So yeah, you're not alone.
