Superstar Mode Still Broken After Update

I don’t know about everyone else, but my superstar mode has never been fixed, despite EA saying it was fixed. It’s been 3 months and it’s still hasn’t been fixed, well, at least not on PC. How in the...

Literally am unable to switch characters or even edit this one. And I'm on the Xbox series x.
