Team locked by 'ghost user' in Connected Franchise

Hi EA_Aljo​/Madden Community Managers

Our connected franchise has hit an error where one user unlinked his EA Account and assigned it to his current PSN account. 

This appears to have impacted our Connected Franchise so that his team (Saints) is locked. The user is not visible in the menus, but also cannot be retired/kicked from the league. We also cannot invite a new user to join as the Saints. 

Is there a fix /workaround to this to this? It seems silly that one team should remained locked forever because of this bug.

Equally, why can't I sign in on the old EA Account that was part of the Connected Franchise and continue playing on that account? 

Also, we used to be able to kick users from the Companion App, however the Franchise Mode on the app is still locked as 'Coming Soon'. 

Please can you look into this issue/provide a work around?

What happened in the game leading up to the issue? - User unlinked his EA Account from PSN and linked a new account
