True talent won't unlock
I used the Talent Evaluator Ability to help unlcock true talent on prospects in Madden 26 franchise mode. Now I have players with 80%, 90%, and 100% but it is still not showing their true talents.

Yup! Hasn’t worked since I’ve had the game. It actually makes it harder and requires 100% to see the true talent.
