Anybody else getting the undefined undefined unknown error?

In franchise mode for my third wide receiver, it keeps saying undefined, undefined unknown, and I have to manually place the third wide receiver, although he’s already on the death chart. Heard it’s an error that happens when you do some trades. How do I fix this issue?
