Draft recap crash

Everytime post draft, if you go to look at players specifics, as soon as you exit the player edit screen, everything locks up. I always do my position changes and grasp the understanding of the players I drafted etc here. 
to exit and have to restart the game or console to unlock…. Cmon man!
