Did you get a reaponse? I've been dealing with this since dec 28th,,i appealed, it was denied by a bot, then i finally talked to 2 live advisors in live chat,who couldn't help, the penalty history tool says just a warning with full game access but in game it says im banned from the AH, so its a discrepancy on their end, iv gotten no help so far, in my case # it says waiting on the player, but iv already spoke to them twice, so im lost in what to do next, this is crazy, pretty pissed off this happened when it shouldn't have. Getting help from them is near impossible. Been playing madden since the very 1st one in the 90s, im a loyal customer, i just wish it was easier to get help with this situation, so frustrating

It's possible the waiting on player status is not intended. I recommend contacting an advisor again to have them review this case to see if that status is correct. Normally, a dispute won't have that status.

Thanks for the response, so i shld contact live support again? Last 2 were absolutely no help at all, very generic responses, when i had very detailed info,,im gettin very frustrated w this ,especially since its a backend error/ discrepancy error on ea's end,,,and i contacted them in live chat like the email said, it said a Advisor is ready to talk about my case and that advisor had no clue what i was even talking about, and gave me the same generic responses as the 1st agent, im getting nowhere with this and its not fair and frustrating,, i hate that theres no phone number to talk to someone either, the whole system needs a rework, i dont know why i have to deal with being banned for a error/discrepancy on ea's part, and my penalty history tool said a warning with full access but in-game says I'm banned from the AH,, i have screenshots of the penatly history saying that and my AH saying i cant use it,,,,im not filing an appeal, im trying to contact support to let them know about the backend error and discrepancy, and that my statuses dont match, now with it saying its waiting on me,after i spoke to them when i got the email, makes me more frustrated,,,,so you advise i try and talk to an advisor 1st? Last time i cldnt until i filed a case, then i was givin the option to talk in a live chat, i dont see that option again, and don't want to to open another case,,,im still very confused, apologies if im repeating myself, im just very frustrated,, thx again, hope u can answer me back in more detail!

Support cannot help with the ban. My concern is the status of waiting on player that you're seeing. That's what you should contact support about if it's not apparent what they are waiting for.

I appreciate the response. Which part of the site should i contact support? Same way i told them about the backend discrepancy error? I cant seem to find live chat again, i wasn't able to find it previously either until i made the case about this discrepancy error, then after that it offered me a live chat. Can you please let me know which section, if different then what i used already? Thank you
Another thing i noticed, if i check my penalty history tool where it originally told me i had a warning but still had full access, now it doesnt say anything, no warning, no nothing. This is all very strange and frustrating that i can't get decent help with this matter (besides you). Your help is appreciated

If you have a case that is set to "waiting on player", just resume the case and you should be able to get in touch with an advisor. If you need to create a new one, try the option for Update EA account.

Thank you, I will try and let you know how it goes. If i have to start a new one, "Update EA Account" would be the subject/what I pick, in the drop down menu?

You should choose 'I need to update my EA account information'.

Thanks again for the response. Apparently they closed the case, im not sure why. I believe them closing it will create more issues now, hopefully im wrong. So now should i create a new case using "update my ea account info"? Or should i try and go to live chat again and reference the newest case they closed? Thanks again for the help. This is extremely frustrating!
