EA_Kent​ any update? I started and new one and simmed to the same point and the same error came up on none of my online franchises can I sim past week 2 of free agency if I’m using a team builder roster

I am having this issue as well. I’ve already played my game and I’m trying to advance to the next week, and then I get the error, and unloaded from franchise. GT - JoeyFingas31 

Yess same here it says the same thing it still gives me an error. Like I restarted it and all and it does the same thing.

I’m getting error for both i tired advancing just one week and I tried simming multiple week, regardless when I try to advance in any way I get that error.

When you have the chance could you confirm a couple more things for me? 

Ybw345​ What happens if you move ahead a few weeks without simming, then try logging out and restarting the game and simming the next week? Does it still give you the same error? 

joejackedyohoe​ Are you also only getting this error when you try to sim, or do you get the same error even when you're advancing without simming?

The same is happening to me. I’m playing on Xbox series X, gamertag : joejackedyohoe, online franchise and it happens every time I try to advance the week.

Appreciate the heads-up on the error you've been seeing. I was hoping you could share a bit more info so we can pass it along: 

• Which platform are you playing on? 
• What's your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, EA Account ID, Steam ID, or Nintendo ID? 
• Is this an online or offline Franchise? 
• Does the error only come up when you sim? What happens if you try to advance without simming?
