Freeze and closes

I have an offline franchise with a relocated team. I chose the Browns then made them the Houston Oilers. In every game the game freezes and closes out. I'm using an Xbox series x. I have the game downloaded on a seagate expansion card. It happens only when I'm on offense. I don't have any plays favorited.

Any help would be appreciated. I don't really want to restart my franchise if I don't have to.
