Injury Report in Franchise Mode

I am in the 4th or 5th year in my franchise mode and it will not allow me to take Lamar Jackson off of Injury Report. He is COMPLETELY healthy yet am not able to put him back into my lineup. anyone know why?

Offline starting point
If fc26 has gives you ability to pick starting point with all the leagues and stats it should be an option in madden. I mostly plan franchise mode and it would be nice to have.
