We should talk about the ability to put Player on the Practice Squad like the Reality. At least we should get the 17 Spots for PS Rules. 12 Spots is not enough and not real like.
The Same should be for IR Rules. Give us the Choice for long and short Term IR.
I can't remember IR ever working like the NFL. EA has been too lazy to fix it EVER, so don't count on them getting it correct, or fixing it, any time soon.
Just turn injuries off, if EA doesn't care about the rules or the reality, why should you?

It is annoying. On Cloud Franchise since Week 1 on Coaches like Siriani, McDermott, LaFleur the ability Slots for Weekly Strategy are locked. On Andy Reid as Coach of the Chiefs the Ability Slots are unlocked. Posted this on Twitter (X) and posted this here in Forum. Nobody cares.

Community ManagerBSG1966tomy Honestly, having the option for IR rules makes way more sense than not having them in as an option. I have seen quite a few threads on it in the past, and with 26, it is no different. Being a sim game, you would think that an IR rule would be something that is an option to change.
I've passed this along anyway, along with some other threads I found. If or when that does get changed, it's on the games team.
On a positive note: the Gridiron Notes are out and there is a decent section for Franchise updates in it.

The "decent section for Franchise" has no mention of Injured Reserve Rules update or Practice Squad Size update, so no Updates on this, just more stalling and deflection. Got it. Thanks.
