Offline franchise

Hello, when playing a franchise offline, when in the playoffs.  Starters were tired and not available. However you couldnt manage your player health during the season. If you flip wear and tear off, progressive fatigue goes on, if you turn that off, wear and tear goes on.  Why was this even added?  Franchise and players getting tired went well in 25.  Has any of this been patched yet?  I dont see it fixed on my end
