Please Fix Franchise Mode

Fix the Salary Cap to increase yearly, in the same way that player's salary expectations increase yearly, as you progress in Franchise mode. The Salary Cap is fixed at like ~330million every single year, it's been like this in Madden for the past several years, how has this not been addressed?

Wear and Tear and progressive fatigue...does anyone at EA actually play test this game or the game mode? These systems are so totally broken and completely ruin the mode at times, especially when playoffs role around.

Seem like pretty easy fixes, or at least let us turn off wear and tear and progressive fatigue, why does one always have to be active? So sick of paying for this game and these things never get fixed.
