Too Many Running into the Kicker Penalties

I have seen at least one Running into the Kicker Penalty at least every other game in Franchise mode. This is not real at all. In the options, I see that the Devs provide a option to either turn this on or off, unlike any other penalties.

So Devs, you could fix your stupid AI so we have either have it on or off ?

That is unacceptable. Please fix.
