Weekly Ability Load-out bug

I have unlocked multiple abilities that I want to apply but I haven’t been able to edit my abilities since my first season week 1. I haven’t minded it but I want tier 2 scouts, I have the ability to get them but I can’t apply it because the cpu always picks my abilities for me when I want to do it.
