Wonkery in online franchise using the preseason wk 3 live rosters

So I tried starting an online franchise using the week 3 live preseason roster and there are a ton of issues.

Multiple veteran free agents missing.

Most rookies are starting with 0 morale which in turn makes them mostly unplayable. 

Using Kevin Stefanski and going into my weekly strategy loadout, it only allows me to activate 1 perk per week. The other spots say "Will unlock past level 1" or something like that. 

DB's and LB's running away from the play during gameplay.

I didn't have these issues using the first live roster for online franchise. It seems like week 2 preseason is bugged the same way.

$100 bucks for this? and we get a special playbook that no one cares about in the update? C'mon EA. Do us paying customers better than this.
