A way to Export Created Coaches

I enjoy playing franchise mode more than anything in Madden 26, I feel the thing preventing me from replaying much is re leveling my custom coach. I would be happy if after the 1st season with a custom coach i could export him to become a coordinator in other franchises. But in multiplayer leagues some coaches are better than others, if you use a custom coach you probably are at a disadvantage first 2 seasons. I feel that everyone having options to bring maxed out coaches would make it interesting.
