Anyone else have an issue trying to complete the King Guess Token Set?

I am trying to complete the King Guess Token Set on the set page and I entered the position and the kings hand. But when I tried to add the equipment, a server error came up and when it came back on the equipment isn't in my items and it says I've already redeemed the guess?? I've looked in all the items to see if maybe it's in there, but no luck.
