Auction house denied access

Hello, I got a message after playing a madden ultimate team game. It says “Your account has been denied access to this feature. Please contact customer service for more information”. I am trying to understand why I got this message. I would love some feedback as I have made a case (which is still being reviewed) after 10 days. I’ve gotten numerous emails saying that they are putting it in their case notes for review. It’s the same process. I really hope that we can resolve this because it’s starting to get frustrating. Also my case has been “transferred” about 4 times now. Whatever that means. Please help
