Hi there. Did you try all the connection troubleshooting steps here? Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

Yes I tried everything that I could do on my ps5 on the website. I’m also on a wireless connection. Thanks

    I could definitely try that yeah. My ps5 is right next to it so I’ll check if it works. If it doesn’t though what should I do? Thanks for the help btw
