Can’t do anything online because of EA server connection

Every time I try to play online like online H2H it keeps saying connection lost and I’ve lost my connection to ea servers. I’ve gone on the website and done everything like clear cache like it said on the ea website but it’s still not working 

I don’t really understand what’s going on because I just got the game and I’ve never played madden before so I’d appreciate it if someone could help me

    Hi there. Did you try all the connection troubleshooting steps here? Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

    Yes I tried everything that I could do on my ps5 on the website. I’m also on a wireless connection. Thanks

    Would you be able to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?
