EA loses long time paying Customer, 15 years.

Between players being outrun or kept up with by other computer players or real players with a lot less speed, offensive line just plain not blocking at all, running backs that have been put on blocking assignments running up to the line stopping but not covering a hole and not picking up anybody coming through, buying packs that I get to bare minimum if it says 85 plus I only get 85s I just bought my last pack step up pack and usually those are the ones that give decent cards this particular one was the crystal one and those really usually give the good ones I got out of all this in that pack that step up pack all the way up I got besides the ones that are the crystal guys  three 90s. The rest were under 90 and and themes like most feared which I'm not going to use anyway none of that matters because you have lost me as a customer I will not buy any more packs put any more money into your game. out of the past 3 years I have put several messages on the bugs the forms everywhere from Builds not being able to move forward in Superstar mode because their position was changed from offense to defense but he was still a defensive player and it glitched never got answered about it and never got fixed still that way Madden 25. All the stuff that's happening this year. The ranking system in showdown squads get up top five number two actually last year and then all of a sudden I don't get RP anymore I get one or two everybody else is still getting up there lots of RP.  I wrote many times still haven't been answered and still not fixed. its Madden 26 now in case you didn't realize that was not a typo Madden 25 I'm still not getting RP all in here to Madden 26 at least not what everybody else is getting again doesn't matter because you've lost me as a customer I will not be putting any more money into any of your games cuz you don't give a crap about us The only time you guys answer something is if it has something to do with ultimate team and that's still not fixed it's ridiculous how lopsided that is and how everybody uses glitch plays or glitch builds, we get kicked and still get losses when you're winning I can keep going there's so much wrong with these games and you guys still put them out. hell, Madden 25 and 26 is Madden 24 basically The fact that you put these games out and they're just the same freaking game and you haven't fixed anything on any of them of importance you're adding stupid little stuff and your service still can't handle it getting kicked out all the time. Should sue you for selling unfinished games as fully operational new games. That Madden week that was hilarious adding the extra freaking intro knowing that we get kicked out a lot it's what everybody talks about and we have to go through that whole intro. Back in the day I used to cuz I've been playing Madden ever since it came out I used to love when Madden was coming out with a new one see what they came up with next but over the past 5 years you guys have just destroyed this game a 2.4 or 2.3 is your rating that's freaking ridiculous for Madden anyway you not going to respond to this you're not going to do anything anyway I just want to let you know you lost me as a customer and I put a lot of money into y'all's company so enjoy not having it anymore so signing off
