EA Server/Madden 26 keeps crashing on me!

I'm not at all a good Madden player so I have to grind playing the CPU events. I just suck when it comes to H2H. I've been trying to complete the Sugar Rush: Air Raid (CPU), but EA just keeps crashing on me!  It's already happened twice today and I lose my progress and forced to start all over.  It's bad enough that I have to endure the time consuming 4 min quarters and to have to do it over and over again??? Get your act together EA!!!! It's the same thing every year with you guys!!! Contacted EA live advisor and the advisor was the one telling me to put a complaint here in this forum. Why can't they just fix and compensate for the time and effort I've been putting into the game. They're the ones that messing up with the connection. EA tries to put it on me and my connection. Tells me to do some troubleshooting and that should fix it. Maybe it may fix it, but troubleshooting ain't bringing back my progress and lost rewards because of EA's connectivity issues!!!! I'm stupid for continuing to allow EA to do this to me year in and year out, but hey, I love Madden and I love football.  I just hope that EA will do the right thing and compensate for all the lost rewards from the dropped connections.  I know I'm not the only one having this issues.  Just look at all the other complaints in the forum.  Make it right, EA!!!!!
